Selon le magazine Variety, Daniel Brühl jouerait un super méchant dans Captain America : Civil War. Bien-entendu le mystère reste entier puisque personne ne sait encore lequel. L’acteur est notamment connu pour avoir joué dans le film Good Bye, Lenin!. Il rejoint pour le casting Robert Downey Jr, Frank Grillo et Chadwick Boseman.
